SolarsBay goal is to promote the vision of a Global solar Energy Grid - a global grid, running on top of the Internet infrastructure, allowing people to connect to the grid with solar panels installed on their rooftops and ‘upload’ solar energy to the grid, while energy consumers, both individuals and companies, can ‘download’ energy off the grid to light houses and offices, fuel electric cars or run manufacturing machines.
SolarsBay is the brainchild of Yosi B. Aaroosh.
Yosi B. Aaroosh is an Information Technology specialist with 12 years of experience implementing, designing and creating various information systems for several organizations.
As an early adapter of technologies, the discovery of the Internet back in 1996 led to the birth of several novel protoypes such a web-hosted E.R.P. system, a browser-based BI system and a video search eninge. He is currently working for one of the largest software companies in the world.
Understanding the importance of the development of alternative, clean and renewable energy sources, Yosi set out to integrate his information systems related experience and his passion for solar energy, to come up with an innovative approach to the future evolution of solar energy. The result of this effort is SolarsBay.
